There are two ways affiliate programs can work for you.
The first one is by promoting a product or service on your web site or through email. The company is responsible for delivering the product or service. They will process the payments and send you a commission.
The second way is to have your own affiliate program. Other people promote your product or service and you handle the payments and deliveries, plus commissions.
